Principal's Report 26/11/09

Teachers have spoken to classes this week and reminded them of the High Five Hand. This is a simple strategy to assist children if they are faced with bullying: Step 1-Talk Friendly, Step 2-Talk Firmly, Step 3-Ignore, Step 4-Walk Away, Step 5-Report.

We are working towards having the staff list and classes for 2010 published by the end of this term. Any specific requests in relation to classes for next year should have been in writing and handed in at the office.

The year 7 students attending Caboolture State High School in 2010 were given the opportunity to participate in an orientation day on Monday. It was pleasing to hear that the majority of the students made the most of the opportunity to engage in the lessons and to see a little of what High School offers.

Student reports are to be issued on Wednesday 9^th December. Please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to have an interview for further information in relation to your child’s progress.
